4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aa45 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. aa45 will never ask you for your password through any channel.
4.2 You agree to notify aa45 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. aa45 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 All activity that occurs under your Account — including all bets placed and all transactions initiated — is your responsibility. You may not permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

5.1 Currency: All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on aa45 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours. 11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, aa45's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to aa45 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 In no event shall aa45 be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

13.1 By aa45: aa45 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, aa45 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part, having first deducted any applicable costs and recovered any fraudulently obtained funds.
